As collectors ourselves, We do our best to hand pick quality items. However you might not receive a 10/10 perfect box or paint job. There may be some minor shelf-wear, creases, or slight imperfections. Unfortunately, because of limited quantities, we will not always be able to exchange certain items due to imperfections. If we are shipping an item and we find the condition to be unacceptable, you will be contacted before the item ships with more specific information about the condition and possible discount opportunities. Items are shipped in a safe and secure manner, the way we ourselves would want to receive them.
All statues and busts are opened for quality inspection. Boxes sometimes show signs of shelf wear.
